How to return your NID card when it lost or thrift

জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র হারিয়ে গেলে কিভাবে উঠাতে হয়

১. প্রথমে NID/Voter Number এর যে কোন একটি নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে। নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করার জন্য উপজেলা নির্বাচন অফিসে যেতে হবে। যে উপজেলা নির্বাচন অফিসের আন্ডারে আপনি বর্তমানে ভোটার আছেন।

২. নাম্বার সংগ্রহ করার পর থানায় একটি সাধারণ ডায়রী (জিডি) করতে হবে। যে থানার এরিয়াতে কার্ডটি হারিয়ে গেছে সেই থানায় জিডি করতে হবে। কিভাবে কার্ডটি হারিয়ে গেছে তার বিবরণ জিডি কপির মধ্যে  উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
